Tiffen 67mm UV-17 Haze-17 (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter #67UV17

Explore the world of photography with the 67mm UV-17 Haze-17 (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter. This high-quality filter is designed to absorb Ultra Violet (UV) light, a type of light that film is more sensitive to than the human eye. The presence of UV light can often result in a haze or a bluish cast in your photos, especially when shooting from high altitudes or over long distances, such as over bodies of water.

The 67mm UV-17 Haze-17 Glass Filter not only enhances your photography by reducing UV light interference, but it also serves as a protective shield for your lens. It safeguards your valuable equipment from dust, moisture, fingerprints, and scratches, as well as potential damage from cleaning.

One of the key features of this UV filter is that it does not absorb normal light, meaning it has no impact on the color or contrast of your images. This makes it a versatile addition to your camera gear, as it can be left on your lens at all times without affecting the quality of your shots.

The Tiffen Ultra Violet filters, including this 67mm UV-17 Haze-17 variant, are available in a range of absorption levels and sizes to suit your specific needs. The standard UV filter is the most popular for general lens protection. The UV MC variant is multi-coated for extra flare protection, while the UV Warm combines UV absorption with Tiffen's '812' warming filter for a unique effect.

The Haze series of filters offer varying levels of UV light absorption, with the Haze 17 absorbing almost all UV light. For wide-angle lenses, the UV Wide Angle Thin filter is the perfect choice.

Enhance your photography and protect your equipment with the 67mm UV-17 Haze-17 (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter.
