Engineered to connect directly into a panel- or desk-mounted XLRF-type connector, the U859QL incorporates an ultra-flexible small-diameter gooseneck and accepts interchangeable elements, offered in cardioid, hyper cardioid, omnidirectional and UniLine line cardioid polar patterns. Fitted with self-contained electronics, the phantom-powered microphone also provides an 80 Hz low-cut UniSteep filter that minimizes pickup of low-frequency ambient noise. The microphone measures 18.90 in length.
Features: Intended for high-quality sound reinforcement, professional recording and broadcasting. Excellent off-axis rejection for maximum gain before feedback. Simple-to-adjust, durable, small-diameter, alternating gooseneck with virtually no memory allows rapid positioning into the desired shape. UniSteep filter delivers a steep low-frequency attenuation to enhance sound pickup without compromising voice quality. Self-contained electronics remove the requirement for an external power module. Quick-mount design with 3-pin XLRM-type connector insert at the base plugs into any standard XLRF-type surface or cable connector.
