Does ProLink come with everything I need to install it?
Yes. ProLink includes two 50 ft Ethernet cables, a 5 ft cable, a window entry cable, PoE injector, mounting hardware, and a manual - everything needed for a clean, easy, drillfree install.

Can I use ProLink with my existing WiFi router? Does it replace my router?
Yes. ProLink connects to your WiFi router via Ethernet, letting your router continue to provide WiFi and manage your home network. Setup is simple, and you wont need to change your existing devices or network settings.

What carriers is ProLink compatible with?
ProLink works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. AT&T home and business plans work out of the box. Verizon plans with a physical SIM work out of the box. T-Mobile Business Internet is fully supported.

Does this work with T-Mobile Home Internet?
Not directly. T-Mobile Home Internet locks the SIM to their gateways IMEI, so ProLink wont work unless you switch to a T-Mobile Business Internet plan or another compatible data plan. Reach out to our team and well help you confirm.

What kind of speeds should I expect?
Speeds depend on your location, carrier, and signal. ProLink supports up to 2.5 Gbps down and 900 Mbps up, but most rural users typically see 50300 Mbps with proper aiming and strong signal.
