Tiffen 62mm UV-2A Haze-2A (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter #62HZE2A

Overcome the challenges of UV light interference in your photography with the 62mm UV-2A Haze-2A (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter. This high-quality filter is designed to absorb ultraviolet light, which film is more sensitive to than the human eye. The result is a significant reduction in haze and bluish cast that often appear in shots taken from high altitudes or long distances, particularly over water.

This durable and reliable filter not only improves your image quality but also provides an effective layer of protection for your lens. It shields your lens from dust, moisture, fingerprints, scratches, and damage from cleaning, making it a versatile addition to your photography equipment.

The UV-2A Haze-2A coating of this filter offers superior UV protection, effectively reducing flare and ghosting in your images. Despite its UV absorption capabilities, this filter does not affect the color or contrast of your shots, allowing you to keep it on your lens at all times without compromising image quality.

Tiffen, a reputable brand known for its high-quality photography equipment, offers this UV filter in a variety of absorption levels and sizes. From the standard UV, which is the most popular protection filter, to the Haze 17 that absorbs almost all UV light, there's a Tiffen Ultra Violet filter to meet your specific photography needs.

For those using wide-angle lenses, the UV Wide Angle Thin filter is available. It combines the UV protection with a thin design to prevent vignetting in your wide-angle shots. With the 62mm UV-2A Haze-2A (Ultra Violet) Glass Filter, you can capture stunning, high-quality images free from the adverse effects of UV light.
