Put camera close to NVR and plug into socket,Make camera antenna and the NVR WIFI antenna are parallel,Press the reset button for 10s,Right click nvr mouse ,select "Camera", click"+", "Continue".When new camera IP address 172.20.14.** show up, click Continue to complete connection.

A: Yes, if you connect to router to use directly ,it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi.If you connect to nvr to use , it only supports 2.4GHz wifi.

A: Talk only allow talk through EseeCloud APP on the phone. Hear can get from the phone app or connect with the system through HD TV.
Q: Is the Cloud storage free?
