Of course not! We have upgraded the strength of the bracket for the benefit of older users, and there is no need to install additional solar panels, so the experience is perfect with minimal steps!

How long is the war-ranty on the camera and can it be replaced or repaired if something goes wrong?
All COOAU products only need to activate the war-ranty card inside the package to extend the war-ranty to 2 years, depending on the actual product condition for repair/replacement.

I only have a 5 GHz network at home. Will the camera be able to connect to my Wi-Fi?
Sorry, we currently only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connections, not 5 GHz.

What should I do if the Wi-Fi signal near the camera becomes weak?
Wi-Fi signals weaken as the distance between the camera and the router increases and as the number of walls between them grows. We recommend keeping the distance within 20 feet

Does the camera support recognizing humans and tracking them?
C5 currently supports human recognition but does not support motion tracking. We will continue to improve and launch new tracking cameras.
