It's not frozen. The solar powered camera default Event Recording Modeit records when motion is detected and enters sleep mode when no motion is detected.
How to enable continuous recording?
Please pair the solar camera with a separately purchased 12V 1A power supply featuring a Type-C port, then switch the recording mode to Keep Recording to enable 24/7 recording
Note: The battery level must be above 80% to enable continuous recording.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
No need. The system comes equipped with a 1TB hard drive, no cloud storage subscription required (optional; if you encounter ads, feel free to turn them offsubscriptions are not mandatory).
