Question: Why can't the solar-powered camera be turned on after receiving it?
Answer: During transportation, we only charged the camera partially. We recommend that you use a 5V/1A charger to charge the camera for 6 to 8 hours before using it.
Question: How does the solar-powered camera work?
Answer: If the camera fails to detect any movement for three consecutive minutes during normal operation, it will automatically enter a sleep mode; when there is any movement, it will automatically wake up.
Q: How long can the built-in battery last after being fully charged?
A: The built-in battery of the camera can last approximately 15 days after being fully charged (assuming it triggers the alarm about 20 times per day).
Q: How to charge the device when the built-in battery runs out?
A: If you use a charger to charge the camera, you must use an adapter with a 5V/1A specification. Adapters of other specifications may damage the camera chip (it is not recommended to continue charging after the battery runs out, as it is very harmful to the battery!)
