The vacuum bags have a smooth side with thickness up to 3.15 mil and a dotted side with thickness up to 3.95 mil, making them strong and sturdy enough to prevent bones from piercing through.
- Enhanced Air Valve: Our reinvented silicone air valve not only provides better vacuum airtightness, but the adhesive-free design enables full submersion for sous vide cooking, unlike the old blue patch valve that must be kept above the water line at all times due to glue-based adhesion, which is inconvenient and unsafe for food once the adhesive dissolves in heated water. Our air valve is also detachable for easy cleaning and reinstallation.
