Engineered for the dedicated gardener, featuring an extra-large heavy-duty tray bed measuring 24 X 15. The tray is constructed from heavy-gauge PP material, enabling you to transport heavy pots with maturing plants without the tray warping or losing its shape. It is equipped with a clear, shatter-resistant lid featuring two oversized vents that can be opened or closed as needed to manage humidity and enhance seed germination and the development of young seedlings. The transparent lid will not degrade under the heat of grow lamps and will not diminish the lamps' efficacy for seed germination. It contains a side-vented height extension that raises the lid as plants grow, offering further ability to regulate airflow and humidity beneath the dome. The height extension supplies 12.75 of depth between the tray base and the dome for maturing seedlings. It can hold up to 60 units of 2 X 2 germinating trays, and as plants develop, up to 6 units of 8 pots, all securely contained in a waterproof tray ideal for collecting surplus moisture after watering. Additional height extensions are offered to augment the depth, granting plants more space to grow under the dome. The height extensions can be taken apart for space-saving storage when not in use, and like every component, are built to deliver seasons of service.
