This is just a fan splitter, so the type of motherboard does not matter. As long as you connect this to a fan header on the motherboard, it will split that into more plugs for fans which you can control from your BIOS or using software.
This is helpful for when you need more fans that your motherboard supports or if you want to hide cables and not have multiple fan wires going to the motherboard.
If i connect led fan will the fan still glow?
That will depend on the kind of led fan you have. If the Fan has only one 3pin or 4pin connector you will be fine. If you have a separate LED connector to controller the lighting you need a separate RGB controller for that.
Can i adjust the speed of each fan independently of one another? Or are all fans locked to the same speed?
Depends on your motherboard. If it has the option to do so then yes but if you do not have an app for your motherboard i would say no. High end gaming motherboards do. Check your Motherboard booklet. If your worried about fan case noise, buy good fans as in maglev fans/brush-less.
