1-meter (3.3 ft) External 4x Mini-SAS (SFF-8088) to HD Mini-SAS (SFF-8644) Cables function as a "Hybrid Cable"; thus permitting the installer to link up legacy Mini-SAS devices with the latest generation of Mini-SAS HD (High Density) hardware. This 4x HD Mini-SAS to Mini-SAS cable features a universal keyed SFF-8644 pull to release lanyard connector on one end and a universal keyed SFF-8088 pull-to-release lanyard connector on the other, each of which are fully intermateabie with ANY manufacturer's 4x iPass+ HD (Mini-SAS HD) and 26-pin Mini-SAS receptacle ports. Due to Amphenol's technological lead on high-speed over copper, our HD Mini-SAS cable assemblies are thinner (i.e. 30 AWG) and more flexible than competing HD Mini-SAS products -- providing convenient routing options and improved airflow while exceeding the performance parameters of a thicker grade cable (i.e. 28 AWG). 1m (3.3 ft) length. Also available in 2m (6.6 ft) and 3m (10 ft)
