Alphacool Eiszapfen Screw Plug V.2 G1/4 - Chrome (17481)

The Alphacool Eiszapfen Screw Plug V.2 G1/4 - Chrome is a flush stop fitting with a G1/4 thread for closing unused outlets, one plug per pack. Alphacool lists it as compatible with its NexXxoS radiators from the V.2 series, the HPE series and the Alphacool GPX Aurora series.

Flush instead of protruding

With these patented flush stop fittings, Alphacool says the annoyance of protruding stop fittings is a thing of the past. The cap is screwed in so that a flat surface is created, which Alphacool calls an elegant look. They are not only extremely practical in small cases in which every millimeter counts, but also leave a strong visual impact.

How it seals

The plugs securely seal unused outlets thanks to a new and patented sealing concept. The sealing rings are attached to the bottom of the screw plug. When it is screwed into a compatible component they are pressed against a counter ring to ensure a reliable seal.

What the loop needs

Attention: the seal depends on that counter ring, so use the plug only in the compatible series named above.

Notes

• Use it only with clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses.
