Please ensure that the storage temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius and below 40 degrees Celsius. If you find the product condensing please return or exchange it. We have tested the product at low temperatures and the result is condensation which is irreversible. The product will solidify at low temperatures. If the product breaks or dries out (due to storage conditions) please prioritize an exchange and feel free to contact us for a free exchange. We have had good success with our 3D printing program after extensive testing (many times over 72 hours of non-stop printing).
