Upgraded Material: This kit is upgraded to a completely new design version The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium copper nickel electroplating treatment with high-temperature resistance of 500 printing and fast thermal conductivity. Comes with suitable for Bambu lab printer with a high flow 0.4 mm and a Normal 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle Two different nozzles provide you with different printing experiences.
Smooth Inner Wall: The roughness of the inner wall of the throat and nozzle is Ra 0.4 reducing blockage leading to improved printing accuracy for detailed and intricate prints. The connection between the heating block and the radiator is upgraded to two titanium alloy screws for fixation avoiding the bending and breaking of the throat during high-speed printing.
All Metal Design: All metal smooth insulation composed of bimetallic copper and titanium alloy insulation sections provides a better heat dissipation effect. The throat is closely integrated with the heating block and the structure of the throat has been upgraded. A step limit has been added at the fitting point with the heating block reducing the phenomenon of material leakage and detachment.
Removable Kits: Upgrade Bambu lab 3D Printer Hotend kit is removable. Heatbreak throat and hardened steel nozzle are removable you may only replace the broken parts saving time and money.
Compatibility: This Hotend Kits Fits for Bambu Lab X1/X1C/P1P/P1S 3D Printer. Please kindly note that thermistors are not included you can use the ones removed from your original Bambu Lab 3D printer hotend.
