The Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 360mm Radiator, White Special Edition is a 360 mm radiator for three 120 mm fans, 60 mm thick, in white. It measures 397 x 124 x 60 mm and has seven G1/4 connections and M3 fan threads. The same size in black is the NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 360mm Radiator.

Full copper

Alphacool says the new NexXxoS radiators are the first to truly deserve the "Full copper" attribute. Not only the fins and channels are made from copper, but all main parts, and the chambers also. According to Alphacool, this brings an improvement in performance where other radiators are left without a chance. It adds that the material already gives an advantage over the competition, with an inner structure that is up to par with it. Separated chambers give the coolant a clear direction, allowing high flow rates which improve the performance of the whole cooling loop. The chambers on the heat exchanger are flat. Thanks to the reduced overall length that brings, they increase mounting flexibility.

Ports and mounting

The research and development department at Alphacool focused on versatile and easy mounting as one of the main points. On both inlet and outlet, the chamber offers three possibilities for fitting installation (not on the NexXxoS ST30). Less angled fittings are needed that way, improving flow rates and offering more mounting possibilities. Hence the radiator can even be installed in tight enclosures, where internal installation is otherwise not a possibility. A G1/4 screw plug, found on all UT60 and NexXxoS Monsta radiators, allows easy de-aeration and hassle-free vertical installation of the heat exchanger. The threaded opening it closes can even be used for filling, e.g. in combination with a Fillport.

What the loop needs

The radiator has seven G1/4 connections: three on the inlet, three on the outlet and the de-aeration port. A loop uses two of them, so it takes two fittings. The radiator takes three 120 mm fans, and the twelve M3 x 30mm and twelve M3 x 35mm mounting screws in the box go into its M3 fan threads.

Notes

• Please use the radiator only in conjunction with clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
