The DIXON - 4PF6 is a push-to-connect locking coupling for connection and disconnection without tools (socket push-to-connect) designed for rapid, tool-free connection and disconnection of hoses or equipment lines for water or air applications. It features a push-to-connect locking mechanism compatible with Thor style interchange standards. Made of steel with a zinc-plated finish, this female fitting accepts 3/4 in hose I.D. and has a 1/2 in coupling size and body size. is rated for operation in the temperature range -40°F to 250°F and provides a sealing interface using a nitrile seal (rated for use up to 300 psi at 70°F), providing push-to-connect locking for rapid hose connection and disconnection (rated up to 300 psi at 70°F).
