The DIXON - 3FM2 is a quick connect hose coupling for use as an end coupling on hoses or pipes. It features a male 1/4 in hose fitting with a 3/8 in body size and coupling size. Constructed from steel with a zinc-plated finish, this coupling includes an integrated tubular valve and a nitrile seal for fluid or air flow control. It has a rated operating temperature range of -40°F to 250°F and has a maximum working pressure rating of 500 psi (at 70°F). The coupling uses an industrial interchange type and a sleeve locking mechanism to support sleeve locking for connection and disconnection without a tool.
