The ASCO 8223G005 is a 2-Way/2-Position, Normally Closed solenoid valve designed for pilot-operated control of air, inert gas, light oil, and water. Constructed with a brass valve body and NBR seals. Remote actuation is automated for regulated flow. Ambient operating temperature range is 14°F to 140°F; maximum fluid temperature is 200°F. It features NPTF inlet and outlet connections with a nominal pipe size of 3/4 inch and an orifice diameter of 3/4 inch. The valve is compatible with a maximum operating pressure differential of 750 psi and requires a minimum pressure differential of 25 psi across air, inert gas, light oil, and water media. Environmental rating: IP66; CSA certification.
