FAQ:

Q: 2.4G/BT keeps dropping/disconnecting/stop working?(Connection problems)

A: All of our products can only be delivered after passing the inspection by the quality inspection department, but we cant avoid transportation damage. Thus, if you encounter a connection problem, you can long press Fn+Esc to re-update the keyboard and fully charge it(the BT maybe unstable when the battery is low). You can ask us for help if it still cant work, and we will deal with it enthusiastically.

Q: One single key stop working?(Keys Problems)

A: It maybe something wrong with the delivery or keys setting, you can long press FN+Esc/replace the switch by using the replace switches attached in the package, you can ask us for a firmware to update it if it still cant work.

Q: Software dosent work/ problems in language setting?(Software Problems)

A: You can ask us for downloading the software, and the langauge can be set before you install the software.

Q: Keyboard comes with components missing.(Package Problems)

A: It maybe something wrong with the Amazon delivery stuff, you can send it back to Amazon for a repalcement when you receive it.

Available in 3 connection methods,

Bluetooth mode: It can connect 3 devices at the same time, convenient and fast. Turn G to "B", it will be in Bluetooth mode("FN+Q/W/E" to connect the Bluetooth device).
Type-C USB wired mode: The wired connection mode is stable and reliable, so you dont have to worry about the game being offline without power.(Use the data cable to insert the Type-C port, and the other connect to your devices, it is Type-C wired mode).
2.4GHz wireless mode: Plug and play;power saving than Bluetooth;it is suitable for computers without Bluetooth.(Make sure it is not in wired mode and turn "B" to "G", and then plug the 2.4G adapter, it will be in wireless mode.)

How to Select Gateron Switches?
Gateron Blue Switch: The blue switch offers clicky tactile feedback that certainly works for gamers or those who are in favor of the ka ka sound and the rhythm of typing.

Gateron Brown Switch: It is more slighter, quieter and easier to trigger than blue switches. It is suitable for the starters of mechanical keyboard.

Gateron Red Switch: The linear switch that offers smoother, quieter and faster tactile feedback than brown switches, making it especially popular among gamers. And red switch is the best switch that can be used in office.
