Product Description:
This adapter enables installation of an M.2 NVMe SSD in a motherboard PCIe slot by converting a PCIe X4/X8/X16 slot to an M.2 Key M interface. It supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in multiple form factors and can support operating system boot from an NVMe SSD on compatible systems.
Core Selling Points:
Supports PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 3.0 M.2 NVMe SSDs. Heatsinks help reduce M.2 SSD temperatures by 520°C. Supports M.2 NVMe SSD capacities including 2T and 4T without a stated capacity limit. Includes regular and low-profile brackets for different PC frame configurations. FCC and CE certified.

Package Contents:
M.2 NVMe to PCIe adapter, heatsinks, 12 cm regular bracket, and 8 cm low-profile bracket.
Before Purchase:
Install the adapter in a PCIe X4, X8, or X16 slot; PCIe X1 and PCI slots are not supported. M.2 SATA SSDs are not supported. Full PCIe 4.0 X4 speed requires the CPU, motherboard slot, and SSD to support PCIe 4.0; Intel CPUs below 11th generation do not support PCIe 4.0. New SSDs require initialization and formatting. Boot support may vary on older motherboards, where the SSD may function only as storage. Windows 7 does not include a native NVMe driver.
