The clear label paper cannot be recognized, how to solve it?
Open the APP, Click Me?my device?paper certification?transparent;
After the calibration of the label paper is completed, restart the label maker.
Is it compatible with any label role?
No it's not. It will only work with NIIMBOT labels, for the better experience, please choice NIIMBOT label.
Can this print topical size shipping labels?
It’s a thermal label maker, just printing small labels, the maximum width is 50mm(2''). Not for 4 x 6" shipping labels.
How long does the printing on the label last?
The label maker is a thermal printing technology. Generally speaking, the handwriting on the label paper can be last for 1-2 years.
Why the label printer will auto-turn off?
To save energy, the label maker will auto-turn off after 15-minute pause when you don't use it. And you could also set the auto power-off (15min, 30min, 60min, never) to meet your needs.
