This internal motherboard hub adapter is designed for PC internal USB conversion and port expansion. It takes the onboard USB3.1 Type-E front-panel male connector as input, then splits into two standard USB2.0 Type-A female ports plus a 9/10Pin USB2.0 header port. It effectively resolves insufficient internal USB resources and incompatible header specifications between new Type-E interface and old-style motherboard 9Pin/10Pin headers, widely applied for connecting case front USB modules, cooling fan hubs, RGB lighting controllers and small internal USB devices inside computer chassis.
