Conventional star-quad configuration: two connectors at each end, joined to a pair of opposite-side conductors. This cable is also available in bi-wired configurations. The terminations feature a unique ultrasonic welding process that fuses the copper wire directly to the brass banana or spade connector, with no intervening metal, compression sleeves, or setscrews. Star quad cable configuration reduces the EM field around the cable for less interaction with other system cabling. Assembled in Seattle, Washington, using proprietary connectors and a Sonobond welder. Locking banana plugs provide excellent engagement between plug and binding post; advancing the locking collar tightens the splines to the inside of the post
