    • The XL74610 ideal diode module uses a dedicated LM7461 0 chip to simulate an ideal diode rectifier; The unique advantage of this mechanism is that it does not use grounding as a reference and adopts a low internal resistance MOS of around 3.3m . When working with high current, the voltage drop is small, avoiding the high voltage drop of 0.7V for ordinary diodes. The reduction in voltage drop also greatly reduces heating; A 0.3V Schottky diode operates at a 10A current with a heating power consumption of 3W. The measured XL 74610 ideal diode operates at a 10A current, with a voltage drop of about 50mV and a heating power consumption of about 0.5W.; Operating voltage: 1.5V 36V; Module size: 17 * 10 * 3mm (manually measured)
