The large-capacity battery charges in about 4 hours — either directly on the hanging mount (with charger plugged in) or by placing the main unit on a desktop.
Important: Use only the 26V/500mA charger with the "For C150" yellow label on the cable. Incorrect chargers may damage the battery.

Low Suction? Solve in 3 Simple Steps
- Detach & Check – Step on the brush head, press the release button to separate each section, and check all parts for blockages.
- Clean the Roller – Remove the roller brush from the brush head and clean it thoroughly.
- Refresh the Filters – Clean both the filters inside the dust cup and the sponge filter at the exhaust vent.
Q: Floor brush stuck and fails to rotate?
A: Insert the charger pin into the lock hole on the brush bottom and twist to unlock the cover. Take out, clean the roller and brush cavity, reinstall all parts and close the cover tightly.
Q: Battery fails to charge normally?
A: Flashing LEDs only on both ends during charging means mismatched charger. Please use the official 26V charger for charging.
