Need to extend your HDMI cable by up to 60m? This converter allows you to send HDMI signals via a full copper Ethernet cable. The HDMI extender is capable of sending a 1080p (3D 1.4a) signals up to 60 meters which is around 196 feet! Its important to use a good quality COPPER ethernet cable as the cheaper version CCA (Copper coated Aluminum) will not work. We would recommend to use a Cat 6 cable for the best results as Cat 6 cables are made from higher grade copper than Cat 5 or Cat5e. Supplied as both a Transmitter and Receiver simply connect your existing short length HDMI cables one to the Transmitter and the other to the Receiver and use a quality Cat5e or Cat6 cable for the main distance. Cat5e or Cat6 cable is less bulky than HDMI cable so its easier to run easier to hide behind walls and of course far cheaper too.

How To Use
Simple to Install
Connection:
1.Connect one HDMI cable (AWG 26) up to 15 meters between HDMI source device and TX Extender (transmitter).
2.Connect one HDMI cable (AWG 26) up to 20 meters between sink device and RX Extender (receiver).
3.Connect single Cat-5/6 (recommended) cables instead of HDMI cable between TX (transmitter) and RX (receiver) Extender.
4.Connect 5V power supply (power supply is included).
Support EDID Handling Abilities:
EDID Management function for working compatible with some unusual TV/ monitor.
Copy mode: connect the display to the HDMI input port, then press the button, it'll copy the EDID to the extender.
Reset EDID: press the button for 3 seconds. it'll reset the EDID to 1080p 3D stereo.
