Sixth Avenue Electronics opened its first store on Manhattan's Sixth Avenue in New York City in 1984. The company opened its first suburban store in 1989, on Route 4 in Paramus, New Jersey, after which it began to evolve into a chain of upscale suburban showrooms, moving its corporate headquarters to Springfield in 1991. In the past few years Sixth Avenue Electronics has been concentrating on building a large internet presence, bringing the best deals in electronics to the worldwide online shopping market.

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from 6AVE
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. 6AVE will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered this printer at the beginning of September with an anticipated delivery date of September 8th. FedEx was not able to sort out the delivery and continually updated the account for new delivery dates - EVERY DAY. S I called and Emailed Sixth Avenue several times to get assistance. they eventually sent me an email that stated they had requested FedEx to return the printer to them so they could refund me - WHICH WAS THE OPPOSITE of my request. SO now I have to wait 45 days to get the credit on my card so that I can POTENIALLY order another printer - If I can find one, since there is a shortage of the microchips and almost NOONE has a printer available. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND MAJOR BUSINESS DISRUPTION! terrible service.

Ordered printer on a Tuesday, printer arrived Wednesday. During a chip shortage! I was shocked. I couldn't get a printer I needed anywhere. But, of course, I happened to check Newegg a couple of days later, and the printer I ordered was no longer in stock. Well, at least I was lucky to get it in the first place.

4 out of 5 eggs Paid 2000 Dollars for an opened "NEW" camera missing items

Ordered a Sony A7III, it had clearly already been opened, and things taken out, like the instruction manual. Contacted them, and all they would do is send me some PDF I can already get on the Sony website myself. Acted like they had no idea why the book would be missing. They also shipped my 2000 worth of lenses with like NO bubble wrap or packing protection, same as the camera.

4 out of 5 eggs Handy camera kit, not too overloaded...

I was looking for good high-entry camera and eventually selected D250 for its ability to send clear HDMI for external video recorder, ability to connect external microphone and shutter release. I wanted a kit to instantly start. This kit had essentials but did not contain useless stuff unlike others. Of course, I would prefer it with 18-135mm lens instead, this option was not available and I bought it separately. The package arrived quickly, was well packed and the product was new and fully operational. Would recommend to other buyers,
