RMA Policy

Ozeal Electronics Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Ozeal Electronics
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Ozeal Electronics
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Ozeal Electronics will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Ozeal Electronics.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Ozeal Electronics will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Ozeal Electronics can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Had to contract newegg in order for the seller to even ship the item . Then I received it and it not even what I ordered. Had to contact newegg again, the rest of the order was cheaply purchased from somewhere else and sent to me. Charged more then I should have been. I would not buy anything from this seller. Luckily newegg are great and helping resolve this situation.

I ordered 2 gaming consoles but only received 1. it was very frustrating. Update - they did issue a refund a week later. But it was still very upsetting that 1 console was missing, as the kids were very disappointed.

I cannot recommend this seller. Product came (X Box X) but was missing a controller that was advertised with it (2nd controller). I am sending the product back for not being as advertised.

Instead of the notebook we ordered, a different model has arrived. A flyer related to another online store was found inside the box. Scanning the QR code on the notebook leads to another online store website. The notebook was supposed to be equipped with a 13th generation Core i7 1355U processor and have a fingerprint feature, but instead, a touchscreen notebook with an 11th generation Core i7 1165G7 processor has arrived. The manufacturing date of the notebook is also 2021. Also condition is bad conbdition, Batery energy every 2 or 3 minute 1 percent drop down, even on laptop any aplication is not running only display switch on time.

I WILL NOT ORDER FROM OZEAL ELECTRONICS EVER AGAIN. they offer a bundle package deal with 2 controllers, a charging station, and 2 games, then apparently after you pay they take your money and order ONLY the Xbox from cosco.com, then hope you dont notice or complain about the other missing items. i wrote them 2 messages stating that i did not get the correct package, even though it shows that the bundle was delivered on NEWEGG.COM, but it wasn't, only the console its self no bundle package. they finally responded that the items will be shipped separately. i asked for a tracking number or some sort of verification for the missing items and they did not respond. i am still missing the items i paid for 2 weeks after newegg.com said the item was delivered.

This seller shipped me the wrong item. I received a basic PS5 and when contacting the seller I was told youll receive the disk separately. First of off thats not what I paid for, second I still have no disk, 3rd I returned to sender that dam* thing because its not what I paid for. I am requesting a refund for this. This seller should not be advertising one thing and then shipping out the next. This is a shi*t place to order from and obviously from the reviews the dishonesty from this place is not surprising. I want my money back!!

The box it was shipped in looked beaten to hell and back. The protection inside the package was little to none. There were no fragile stickers and just wrapped over with shrink wrap.

First of all, the outer shipping box was opened at delivery. Got it on camera with the UPS driver. It could not be delivered because no one was home. When it was picked up at the UPS facility it was indeed opened and if that wasnt bad enough the WRONG item was sent and the PS5 box itself was also opened. They sent the Spiderman 2 combo with no extra controller when they should have sent what I paid nearly 700 dollars for which was PS5 GOW Ragnarok with extra controller combo. What makes it even worse is that it was purchased as a birthday present for my son who did receive it before his birthday but it was not what I ordered. Now itll be way after his birthday before he gets it but hopefully it will be the correct item. I do not understand why this happened when my order clearly shows what I ordered but they sent something completely different. WHY? I will demand a refund if the order is not correct this time. I cannot recommend this seller.
