The PowerPro LCD UPS series offers line interactive topology along with voltage regulation, transient surge suppression, and sufficient battery backup time for temporary power outages. This UPS will protect connected equipment against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, transient surges, spikes, and data line noise. In the event of a prolonged power outage, the internal battery provides temporary power so connected equipment can be properly shut down and in doing so, protects the equipment from hardware damage and data loss from the system crashes. Use the included software to connect the UPS to your computer for expanded control and monitoring.
Before You Buy
This product is NOT compatible with the following:
- Motorized equipment (e.g. laser printers, 3D printers, copy machines, water pumps, space heaters, vacuums, paper shredders, air conditioners, etc.)
- Aquariums or any water-based equipment
- Life support, medical, or patient care applications
When sizing the UPS capacity you need, tally the total load capacity of all your equipment. Your total equipment capacity should not exceed more than 80% of the UPS capacity.
8 Outlets & Cold Start Function
Four (4) battery backup outlets with automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and surge protection keep your mission-critical electronics powered during a power disruption and protected from transient spikes and surges. An additional four (4) surge-only outlets protect less critical equipment from transient spikes and surges.
The cold start function of this UPS allows power on the UPS in Battery Backup Mode without being connected to utility power. This is especially useful in situations such as charging your cell phone during a blackout.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
AVR function on the battery-backed outlets monitors incoming power to automatically correct minor voltage fluctuations by boosting or reducing the voltage to safe levels, protecting your equipment from brownouts and spikes.
Connected equipment is also less susceptible to hardware damage and data loss. By regulating the incoming voltage, the lifespan of your battery is also prolonged by reducing the need for the UPS to switch to battery power for minor power disturbances.
Multifunction LCD Screen & Alert Control
Get instant vital information about your UPS conditions. See your UPS load capacity, battery mode, voltages, statuses, and more.
Press the power button twice to temporarily disable the audible alarm. The alarm will alert you when the UPS is in battery mode.
Overload Protection - Protects the UPS from an overload. If the circuit breaker trips, unplug a few electronics before resetting the circuit breaker and turning your unit back on.
Smart Battery Management - Maximize battery performance and lifespan with an intelligent, multi-stage battery charging system to auto-sense the optimal battery charging performance based on battery levels.
Phone / Network / Fax Line Suppression (RJ-11/45 Ports) - Protects telephone, network, or fax lines from line surges. Connect one line into the jack from the source and one line from the out jack to your phone, network, or fax line.
Cold Start Capable - Turn on the UPS even without utility power as long as there is sufficient battery power.
Auto-Restart During AC Recovery - Once power returns to normal and the battery levels are sufficient, the UPS will automatically restart.
Off-Mode Charging - The UPS continues charging the internal batteries when powered off as long as the unit is plugged into an AC mains wall socket.
Warranty (US & Canada) - 3-year equipment warranty, 2-year battery warranty, and 3-year $25,000 connected equipment warranty with product registration.
cTUVus - TUV-certified for use in the USA & Canada under UL1778 standards. This model has been tested by a third-party lab and passed safety standards.
