Projector Ceiling Mounts Direct, LLC. (PCMD) has been offering low-cost ceiling mount solutions for home theater and business projector installations since 2006. Our product is locally made in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. The entire process from R&D to product distribution occurs in-house and we take great pride in keeping the manufacturing process in the United States.
We offer a ceiling mount for over 2,400 (and growing) projector models across 24 different projector manufacturers. What sets PCMD, LLC. apart from other projector ceiling mount manufacturers is that our mounts are not universal. Our mounts are specifically designed for the projector listed in the ad. Each mount is CNC machined out of aircraft grade aluminum per the projector manufacturer’s ceiling mount pattern. This allows the customer to align the projector plate and install the ceiling mount onto their projector in a matter of minutes. Whereas universal mounts are flimsy scissor mounts made of thin steel, manufactured overseas, and can be a hassle to install properly.
Typical shipping lead time is 1 business day. By controlling the manufacturing process in-house, we have the ability to accept an order in the morning, process, and ship the order to the customer the very same day. In most cases, customers receive our product well before receiving the projector for which they purchased the mount. We also back our product with a lifetime, money back guarantee.
