  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. All returns must be in mint condition and include all of the manufacturer included items, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Restocking fee will be waived if above conditions are met.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

By far the worst vendor I've ever had the unfortunate occasion of dealing with. Advertised a 1 week shipping date, bought it on the 7th, I waited almost TWO WEEKS before finally asking why is this still processing? They didn't handle the shipping and delivery themselves at all. They told me they'd get back to me in 2 business days. 3 went by, then 4. I finally told them to cancel my order so I could just order it from "Mythical island of pure female warriors" and get it in 3 days. I got a notice from UPS yesterday about missing me TWICE. Their shipping log only shows one attempted delivery. Today was the final delivery attempt, I took the day off work and watched them like a hawk. No delivery was made, my shipping status hasn't even been updated. Still says today by 7 PM. Its long passed 7 PM. They then rushed a return label for an item (I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE.) This seller is the most shady dealer I've ever experienced on this site.

I think this is a "thing" now with many online vendors. They are not adding enclosing packaging to fragile items and just shipping in manufacturer boxes and hoping for the best and dealing with returns caused by shipping. My 4K projector was shipped in the manufacturer box via UPS. It showed up and the plastic box handle had been ripped off and the end of the box showed signs of crushing. Nothing obvious that would make me refuse shipment, but I did take pictures of the box. After hooking up the projector, it showed multiple vertical lines on the image and basically the projector was junk. Using a Newegg claim, I submitted a return request and provided photo documentation of defective projector image and box. (Googled the issue and found a few articles saying that a loose DSP chip could cause the issues I was seeing) Adorama was quick to respond, but informed me that as a Newegg Marketplace order, they could only issue a refund after receiving the projector back. If I wanted a replacement, I would have to re-order. Also, the return instructions said that I had to put the original package in an ENCLOSING BOX so that it would not be damaged in shipment. Wait! What? YOU send me a delicate projector in simply a manufacturers box but you want me to double box it to return it??? Ridiculous. But I do it to avoid any issues with a chargeback. I called Adorama customer service to complain about this, but they said that is what I must do. I also said that I did not trust that the replacement shipment would not damaged as well. They told me that if I called customer service 1 hour after ordering the replacement, they could request double boxing and secure shipping be added. So... that is what I did, after I had to wait for a week to get the refund onto the Newegg gift card I had used for the order. And guess what, the replacement was sent inside another, bigger, box with no added packaging whatsoever to cushion. The projector box was literally rattling around inside the larger box. Fortunately, the replacement projector is working with no issues. Adorama customer service is lovely, but their shipping department needs a few lessons about secure shipping. I would be very cautious ordering a delicate item from them again (in addition to the hassle of the reorder after return)
