RMA Policy

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. All returns must be in mint condition and include all of the manufacturer included items, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Restocking fee will be waived if above conditions are met.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

This is a great box. I love the lights. They light up the box with real daylight intensity and allows me to take product picture any time of the day no matter what the weather is like outside.

The seller used UPS which where my physical address is UPS among many other people, have issues with! FIrst and formost the day of delievery UPS mentioned nobody was home! THIS WAS FALSE! Second business day they said there was a security issue, which was false again, everyone that lives around me said they did not see or hear from ANY UPS employee. We even searched around each property looking for such delievery tag. The day of delievery was given to the owner of the property to deliever. Was not delievered here, Fed Ex and USPS has always delievered here without any excuses. Secondly, I had to do a lot of updates one of which was the BIOS, which than I was able to get the rest of the updates to finally adhere. I HIGHLY suggest the seller not use UPS, one of which nobody can get a hold of a live person, to which makes it so much more difficult with this covid 19 etc to deal with at least Fed ex and USPS you can at least deal with any issuue wiithout be routed to a B.O.T. Which only deals with a set perimaters.

I received everything I paid for quickly and efficiently. And now I have this computer system I built, and I am ready to rule the Cyberpunk 2077 world. I will rule by the end of the year thanks to these components. It maybe a wasteland but I will rule. Oh and I will spare those who sold me these wonderful parts. Great job.

on the selling side they did just fine. after seeing the mouse I ordered and realized the buttons are too small for gaming I wanted to return it; that is where the poor service began. and now I am working to see if they are going to be a reputable seller or a credit card dispute. NOT FUN or FUNNY !

I purchased a mouse but was given a gun laser sight instead. I contacted seller but they did not respond and now I'm stuck with this thing, no refund, and no mouse.

Product was shipped about as quickly as can be expected. Shipping was okay, got pushed up initially to a Friday delivery but then the package got delayed to the following Monday. Nothing to do with the seller though and not a big deal.
