Always.Deals is a family owned, 25+ year old business that started with us selling radios and tape decks from a corner of our grandfather's hardware store.

Our years in the electronics business and extensive vendor connections mean we source great deals on the best products out there - and we pass the savings to you the customer. Customer service is in our blood and we know we do best when the customer is happy and shops with us again and again - we'll do everything we can to do right by you.

RMA Policy

Always.Deals Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Always.Deals
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Always.Deals
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Always.Deals will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Always.Deals.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Always.Deals will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Always.Deals can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered this item from this reseller through a different online seller. They shipped the wrong item. After returning it, the promptly refunded my account. I subsequently ordered through Newegg, not knowing they used the same reseller. They shipped the same, wrong item. Again it was promptly refunded, but I won't try a third order though them

This was a refurbished unit and did not come with a box. All the major pieces were loose in the box; the screws and small pieces were in a baggy. My old ring doorbell (very old, one of the originals) worked fine but I wanted one with better images and features. Installed a Ring Chime Pro to insure I had a good signal. The unit saw the wi-fi and then gave a message that it could not connect. Tried several times but no luck. Tried to communicate with Ring but their automated system only gives "canned" responses so no help. The seller is great; the refurbished product is poor. I am ordering a brand new one, not refurbished.

This seller is Lazy. They took the stickers off but didn't clean the adhesive residue. The Chromebook didn't even turn on, nor did it charge. I sent it back for replacement so we will see.

I own one of these and this was missing the power cables and the USB breakaway cable. Contacted the seller i will update if/when i get a reply. not worth buying if you have to also buy the parts/cables to make it work just isn't cost effective at all. Buy New save money!

it works fine, the only thing is that after I placed the order under description, it showed that it was used, but I didn't mind because the clock work perfectly so far and the condition was excellent, so yes I would recommend this vendor, but I wish they would specify it if it was not new, the description should be as refurbished or used on the offer and not show up after the purchase was done.

Seller sent an item that had clearly been used, damaged, and had grime/dirt on it. All of these things were noticeable at first glace and the product was being sold at full price. No contact was made by the seller after report of damage and the item is being returned. Would highly recommend looking for other sellers if you are looking for a product as this seller clearly has no standards.

I purchased a New Logitech G502 HERO mouse from newegg. The item that came to me was packaged in a yellow paper envelope with bubble wrap, no box or software only the mouse. The mouse itself shows clear signs of months of wear. The grooved surfaces and mouse wheel which cannot be easily cleaned are caked on with what can only be described as "months of grime". The USB also shows very visible signs of use. Unsatisfactory for a refurbished product but I ordered NEW. For the record this seller does offer both a new and used product, I did however verify I ordered a new one.
