RMA Policy

Antonline Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Antonline
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Antonline
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Antonline will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Antonline.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Antonline will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Antonline can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Sent me a video game instead of a laptop - refused to speak with me

Recent reviews claim they scam people, I figured Id try anyway. They sent me the wrong item then immediately told me to take it up with Newegg and refused to speak any further. Scammers should have their store page closed down.

The item was delivered 4 miles from my house at the back of a church. Also it was supposed to be a laptop computer, but it was a Ps4 game cartridge. Bad, Bad, Bad!

I purchased an Acer 31.5' Monitor and received it in half the time that it said on the website. It was in perfect condition when it arrived and it was actually what I ordered. It is a great monitor and I am very happy with this purchase and would buy from them again!

4 out of 5 eggs Possible Scammer or Just Incompetence?

I ordered an HP 14" FHD Home & Business Laptop, but instead, antonline sent me a video game for the Nintendo Switch! Their only response to my request for a return was, "Please request a return through the Newegg portal. If you require further assistance, please contact Newegg directly." So no initiative on their part to make it right. No acknowledgement from the seller that they shipped a video game instead of a laptop computer. No ownership of the issue, just pass it to Newegg to take care of everything. I did promptly receive a full refund, but Newegg took care of me, not antonline. Newegg told me to keep the item as a token of apology for the inconvenience. But I had already shipped back the wrong item (prepaid return label was provided) and got no apology from the seller. I do not recommend this seller.

4 out of 5 eggs Ships used/returned product advertised as 'new'

I purchased a processor. Received in a bubble mailer - mailer was in OK shape, so it was NOT damaged in transit...it was clearly packed like this. Box inside bubble mailer had the "Intel Factory Sealed" tape un-sealed and there appears to be something that looks like dried coffee that saturated the box at one time. Box edges are frayed indicating rough handling prior to packaging. Processor appears to be in the package, but not in original position (looks like it shifted or was removed from the box and repackaged carelessly. This item is clearly a return, it is not new. I processed the return through Newegg, as they made it easy for me. I did not reach out to the shipper because I didn't need to.

Want this to replace a 13-year monitor at a workstation, not for gamming use. Everything was shipped in the box, so no missing parts as some reviews have stated. Last few monitors were "Acer" but the company website gives no support (drivers and specs.) for the older monitors they have sold. Very pleased with doing this upgrade.

I purchase this cpu to do a DIY computer system. This item was delivered late. It was supposed to arrived on the 6th of January. However it did not arrived until 9th of January. What I notice was the box was slightly damage. and the content inside was not properly secure. It was loose and moving around inside. To me it seems to be tamper with or been used.
