RMA Policy

AS Group LLC Return Policies for Newegg Global Marketplace
• All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
o Product purchased from AS Group LLC on Newegg
o Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation which must be reported to Newegg Customer Service within 72 hours of order delivery)
o All accessories included in the original product retail packaging, includes but not limited to manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
o Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
o Original retail packaging is required with return when retail package contains product label with (Proof of Purchase)
o Return must be requested on Newegg Return Portal with the correct Newegg order# and product

Additional Return Requirements and Policy for Newegg Global Marketplace Orders:
1. All returns on our Newegg Global orders are handled by Newegg or AS Group LLC if local return address is available through Newegg return portal. Please follow instruction online via your Newegg account order history, contact Newegg Customer Service, or AS Group LLC for any questions related to Global order returns. 2. A return must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Return for refund only. Order shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded unless for the return with the reason of Defective/DOA. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, amount of sale will be refunded.
3. Restocking fee with our defined restocking fee rate will be charged and deducted from the refund on all the returns except for the return with the reason of Defective/DOA. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to Newegg Customer Service within 72 hours of the order delivery date.
4. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) or do not conform with our return policies may be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physical damage during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Newegg return processing center.
6. Upon the acceptance of the merchandise in like new or used condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
7. All return and refund are handled by Newegg or AS Group LLC if local return address is available. RMA number will be issued after Newegg Return Center or AS Group LLC local return center receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg or AS Group LLC will refund back to your method of payment if your return conforms to the above return policies, OR your return is rejected and sent back to you at your cost if your return does not meet our return policies. RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I never spoil myself so this was a huge purchase for me. Im 28 and been a gamer since the 90s and i finally bought a gaming laptop and love everything about this one. 3 stars is because they were changing warehouses and my order took over 2 weeks to be delivered. I had to contact newegg to be notified. I would've been happier if they offered to ship express for the inconvenience, but it is what it is.

4 out of 5 eggs Horrible Experience! Do not use AS Group LLC

Please read!!! I never leave a comment but felt compelled. I Ordered a new Lenovo Small Form Facor computer. They sent an Lenovo Tiny Form factor, not even the correct computer. They could not send a replacement until they received the wrong one they sent me. This took another week and half. Finally after a few weeks recieved the correct computer, however, the box had no labels on it, the security tag had been cut, and all the bags inside had already been opened. Newegg was ok to work with on the return, but I would highly recommend not using AS Group LLC as we seller.

Im purchased a laptop computer from this company. I was later informed that it would be shipping from overseas. I waited two weeks and still never received this computer. I eventually ran out of patience and canceled this order and ordered directly from the manufacturer. They did refund my money quickly but I will never work with this company again.

4 out of 5 eggs Things that make you go hmmm...

- Box was opened - Well-formatted, printed sticker was attached saying it was opened to "validate that it was authentic and had not been reused/forged" - That raised my suspicion. Bag for the card itself was sealed and did not appeared to be tampered with - The motherboard connector (covered by MSI's rubber protector) was clean [I took a magnifying glass to see if it had been inserted/removed, and I could not see any marks] Conclusion, card is new, but can not rule out a refurb. So far, no technical issues, but I have never seen a seller open goods. It seems to be easier to send a sealed box. If THEY have had issues that require this odd process, then their supply chain is suspect. If that's the case, I appreciate the due diligence, but the process seems to be trying to address another issue but introducing suspicion as a result of the their "validation" process. tldr; got what I ordered, in a timely fashion, but suspicious actions with an open box lowered the score

What was shipped did notnwork. Contacted them right away they had me paperclip test it. I did and it did not work still they tell me they will ship a new one when insend proof (tracking number) i sent them the tracking number picture of the 17.00 receipt to ship it and pucture of it in box and address on box. They reply saying mine will ship when the old one arrives. I complained about that they said it would ship when i sent proof. They now say it is 05/15/21 >As is weekend it will move Monday according UPS. But it was already shipped. But there is no tracking number given.

4 out of 5 eggs Fast shipping through a war zone

Originally it was supposed to take 2 weeks for me to get what was ordered (a laptop) since I ordered it during the holiday season. However, it ended up taking just a little over a week, which was great. When I opened the outer box, the inner pack box looked like it had been used as a Frisbee and stopped by a fork lift. Thankfully the only damage on the laptop was cosmetic. The lid is aluminium, and one of the corners looks like had a run in with a cinder wall. Other than that, the laptop packaging had been opened to record SN/Model or some such information, so I would hope they looked at the laptop to check and make sure it wasn't *too* damaged before tossing it on a delivery truck.

Horrible Customer service their only answer was you know how hard it is to find a gpu return if you want Item was not as described I ordered a gtx 1650 that required no additional power and i got one that needed pci power They said that i should research and buy an adapter When i clearly searched for the no external powered because of my setup
