Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all original packaging and accessories.
2. Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attached labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item.
3. Items must be returned within Neweggs 30 day return time frame.
4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs regardless of the reason of return.

Items that are defective can be returned for a full refund. Once the defective item arrives at our facility it will be tested by our certified technicians to ensure the item is indeed defective. Once the item is confirmed defective a full refund will be processed. Items that are retuned as “defective” but are not actually defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and cost of original shipping. Please read each listing carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct item. If you have any questions about a product check the manufactures website for more information. All items returned for reasons other than defective such as Accidental Order, Better Price Available or No longer needed/wanted will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and cost of original shipping. If these items are returned in good condition and meet all of our return requirements the restock fee may be waived. Items returned outside of Neweggs 30 day return window will be directed to the manufacturer.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Ordered a high priced router, and was shipped terribly! The packaging was thin plastic that was shrink wrapped around the original box. Plugged the router in using power cord provided, it did not power on. Tried 2 different outlets, tried moving the power cord around, nothing. Upon closer inspection...my husband who's a tech head, noticed it was used. No where did I read that I was purchasing a refurbished or used router. I will never buy from this seller again!!! I even reached out about to this seller about the router not powering on, and no reply. I contacted Newegg and they refunded me everything!

I do not recommend this company for purchase. Yes, the shipping was adequate, however, the packaging left a lot to be desired. It was the original item packaging with a black plastic shrink wrap. We were lucky it was not crushed in transit. We ordered a handheld 2D scanner and received a 1d orbit scanner that was half the price. We requested a replacement unit for the correct item requested, and while the incorrect item was in transit, ATHQ changed the request for replacement to a refund, saying they did not have the item in stock. Several days later, the item is still listed as available for purchase from them. ATHQ was called to check on the replacement, and the man that answered transferred me to 411. On call back he transferred me to a woman's voicemail. A voicemail was left and days later, there has been no return call.

Anyone purchasing, be very carefully and read fine print.. newegg and seller have a 15 percent restock fee plus shipping cost. they hide the hidden cost. EXTREME CAUTION ON BOTH SELLER AND NEWEGG
