SERVERONICS has served Computer resellers, VARS, System Integrators, End users, Gov't and Schools for over 10 years. We are independent stocking distributors of Computer Systems and Components and have access to over 100,000 lines items daily. Our 10,000 sq ft. facility allows us to stock all our products and be able to ship anywhere in the USA or Internationally. We carry Servers, desktops, notebooks, computer components such as hard drives, memory upgrades, processor kits, raid controllers, storage units and racks, tape drives, video cards, network cards, switches and more from various leading manufacturers. Our Regular business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. (Excluding US Public holidays). Our Shipping cut off time: 4PM EST (Mon-Fri excluding weekends and US Public holidays). Items are shipped via USPS or Fedex. If a customer has a particular preference as far as Shipping company, then we need the customer to email us IMMEDIATELY after placing the order with the request (or before placing the order). Failure to immediately contact us will result in the item to ship using default shipping company (USPS or Fedex).

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 45 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

Returns for refunds will be accepted if items are returned within 30 days of purchase date. 15% restocking fees applied for returns of items that are tested functional.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

This is the 6th drive I have purchased (I am doing a staggered upgrade on a RAIDz, spreading cost over time and avoiding risking a batch manufacturing issue) and every transaction has been easy, with fast shipping. One of the 6 drives failed to be recognized on install and was quickly and easily replaced. I need 2 more drives to complete the upgrade and will continue to buy from Serveronics.

I put these SATA drive bays in my computer to make it handier to get to them. They are wonderful, from windows to Linux in minutes. The thin drives I bought fit the drive bay beautifully. so in a 5.25 bay I have both, a3.5 drive and a laptop 2.5 drive. Thanks to Newegg all of this is possible. Also a big thanks to this vender for the drives. The transaction went like clockwork, smooth as glass. Oh yeah I almost forgot, the price on the drives was very reasonable. I will buy more later. Also for this usage buy the hot swap drives. Thanks

The disk drive is an old generation, obsolete model that I didn't think I would find. Serveronics had new one and got it to me as quickly as they said they would. My old, emergency laptop has been saved from the dumpster (proper electronics recycling actually). 5 eggs!

Have purchased from this seller multiple times and have never had any issues. Product is always shipped when expected and arrives well packed (hard drives wrapped in large bubble wrap and double packed with peanuts). Had one drive arrive DOA once and they quickly got replacement handled.
