RMA Policy

Exsurf Laptops Store Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from Exsurf Laptops Store
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by Exsurf Laptops Store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Exsurf Laptops Store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Exsurf Laptops Store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Exsurf Laptops Store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
Exsurf Laptops Store can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

- have owned for about a week and already seeing issues - every time any application is going, the fan is so loud it sounds like it is going to take off - laptop screen has a connection issue with main body and sometimes doesn't show or has a broken screen image - touchpad area is very hit or miss when using the left click function and inconsistency is wildly annoying

The issue is likely caused by a loose connection in the display cable interface, resulting in poor contact. 3. Regarding the touchpad issue, we suggest adjusting the sensitivity settings directly within the system. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused to you. You can directly launch Refund from the order interface, and Newegg will deal with it immediately. Then please print the return label(please log in to your email account or your Newegg account and find your laptop order, and the Return Label should have been attached) and stick it on the outer box and send the package to UPS. Please pack the returned package according to the size of our shipment. Please return the laptop back ASAP. And inform us in time after you send it, so that we can follow up the tracking information. Thank you! Normally, you need to wait for the Newegg warehouse to receive the returned laptop and arrange a refund (within 2 business days). I had to laptop 2 days and after the last windows update the mouse pad would not work. It took a week for the customer service people to get back with me. After almost 2 days of back and forth, they could not fix the issue with also telling me tough luck its not their problem. 150 repair bill later, the issue was fixed. I kindly let Auusda know to which they refused to pay it. I will repeat the laptop was 2 days old. Look elsewhere this company is not for you.

If you have ever been disappointed when ordering a lap top on line as I have even when ordering from a well known company. This will not disappoint there is plenty of memory for it to run properly on windows 11 I use this as a travel computer for my business the hard drive is large enough to transfer files without bogging down the operating system. so far I have not found anything to complain about with this unit it is obvious to me that the company is more interested in supplying a good product then crazy profit margins!

Every two or three days the laptop will hard crash and force me to reboot it. Event log shows no issues, but the screen will go solid black like the graphics card is dying on me - first time this happened was the day I received it.
