RMA Policy

We strive to complete each order with speed and accuracy. In the event that you have an issue with your purchase from Aventis Systems, Inc., please read our return policy and do not hesitate to contact us.

You may only require simple instructions to correct a problem with your product. Please contact our Technical Support department toll-free at 1.866.528.9313 Ext. 2 to troubleshoot the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, your product will be repaired or replaced by Aventis Systems, Inc. under terms described in the Warranty Agreement.

Please follow the steps below for all returns and repairs:

Contact Aventis Systems, Inc. by phone at 1.866.528.9313 Ext. 2 or email cs@aventissystems.com to troubleshoot the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, you will be provided an RMA number and instructions for return.
Submit the RMA Request form. and include a printed copy in the shipment with the exchanged product.
Aventis Systems, Inc. offers cross-shipping options for domestic customers; valid form of payment information is required to be on file. Please be advised that the exchanged product must be returned within 30 days with the completed RMA form to avoid being charged in full for that item.
We do not offer the cross-shipping option for international customers. International customers must pay for their own return shipping
Purchases may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs associated with returning the equipment.

Purchases may be cancelled within 1 business day of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee due to order fulfillment process.

All software purchases are final.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Ordered two HP microservers, but they sent us lesser models 'because that's all we had in stock'. Told me to return them to Newegg if I had a problem with it, but they don't do returns through Newegg. Avoid this company.

4 out of 5 eggs After a week, my order finally got processed, then a few more days for delivery after being told 2-3 days from order date.

After over a week of showing my delivery tag had been created, the seller had not called for pickup from the delivery service. I truly believe if I hadn't called newegg customer service and complained I would still be waiting. A couple of days after newegg contacted the seller I finally got an email from them stating my order was almost completed. A few days later (2 weeks after ordering) it finally arrives

Computer shell was pretty scratched up (no big deal), but the audio output port would not accept the plug. Found that there was part of a plug broken off in the receptacle. I was able to finally remove it after working on it for an hour. All ports need to be checked on these.

Shopping for new-to-me PC (since current Win7 machine being phased out). This was a great deal, with even more RAM than I'd been looking for.

After four days of the order giving me a tracking number but saying it had not yet left their facility, I e-mailed the seller daily for two days with no response whatsoever. Their customer service is horrendous if they can't even answer an email properly. I then called on day 6 and they told me that they would look for the package and called me back. They did not. The next day I called and they said the package had a new tracking number and something got messed up in their system. Item arrived on day 7 after ordering.

Touchpad didn't work. I am an IT Pro with 35+ years of experience and figured it would be a simple fix; like the connecting cable from the touchpad had come loose from the mother board. Tried various methods to get things back in order, nothing worked. Settled on using an external mouse instead.
