RMA Policy

We strive to complete each order with speed and accuracy. In the event that you have an issue with your purchase from Aventis Systems, Inc., please read our return policy and do not hesitate to contact us.

You may only require simple instructions to correct a problem with your product. Please contact our Technical Support department toll-free at 1.866.528.9313 Ext. 2 to troubleshoot the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, your product will be repaired or replaced by Aventis Systems, Inc. under terms described in the Warranty Agreement.

Please follow the steps below for all returns and repairs:

Contact Aventis Systems, Inc. by phone at 1.866.528.9313 Ext. 2 or email cs@aventissystems.com to troubleshoot the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved via troubleshooting, you will be provided an RMA number and instructions for return.
Submit the RMA Request form. and include a printed copy in the shipment with the exchanged product.
Aventis Systems, Inc. offers cross-shipping options for domestic customers; valid form of payment information is required to be on file. Please be advised that the exchanged product must be returned within 30 days with the completed RMA form to avoid being charged in full for that item.
We do not offer the cross-shipping option for international customers. International customers must pay for their own return shipping
Purchases may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs associated with returning the equipment.

Purchases may be cancelled within 1 business day of the purchase date. The buyer must pay a 15% restocking fee due to order fulfillment process.

All software purchases are final.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I placed an order with the vendor, and in spite of the fact that the seller provided a FedEx tracking number, for over 2 weeks the shipment had not been sent out as claimed by the vendor. The vendor's Customer care said that they had filed a claim with FedEx, but FEDEX said that it (FEDEX) did not see any claim filed and did not have any claim number.

I would avoid this seller. The server I ordered was advertised to come with 4 hard drives though none shipped with the server. I contacted them and send pictures and didn't hear back. Now we have a missed deadline because they dropped the ball.

Please avoid this vendor, and save your self a dishonest, extremely stressful and potentially fraudulent engagement. I placed an order with the vendor, and inspite of the fact that the seller provided a FEDEX tracking number, for over 2 weeks the shipment had not been sent out as claimed by the vendor. The venbor's Customer care said that they had filed a claim with FEDEX, but FEDEX said that it (FEDEX) did not see any claim filed and did not have any claim number. The experience was stressful and distressing.

Ordered Samsung 883 Datacenter SSDs, they shipped me 870 EVOs instead, which cost about half as much.

I would not recommend this seller to anyone. Shipped a completely different item and then asked me if I would accept that rather than what I ordered. Wasted almost 2 weeks of my time going back and forth and then finally canceled my order as they don't actually have the product they are advertising.
