RMA Policy

AX Official Store Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from AX Official Store
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by AX Official Store
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, AX Official Store will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by AX Official Store.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. AX Official Store will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
AX Official Store can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Make sure to read the graphics card comes separately! Then it didn't fit when I received it.

DO NOT BUY, too many issues. Received the computer, although shipping wasn't accurate. The graphics card comes separately and you may have to contact them, like I had to, to get it shipped out. Computer unit was delivered on the 29th, but the graphics card still has yet to come, due on the 8th. So the graphics card arrived today and is TOO BIG for the space its supposed to fit in, you can not install it without removing the two lower front fans, oh and then the wireless card has to come out because otherwise its pushing down on it pushing it out of place. So the graphics card won't work with this computer. No wonder they don't want to install it prior to sending, and everything's in Japanese. Including the instructions you get with it. Even the admin is assigned to the original maker/assembler and they don't bother to change the settings so you have a fresh computer. Internet homepage was assigned to a foreign site. Newegg needs to ban this seller. Just don't buy this computer.

If you want a white rtx 4090 that works perfectly and youre willing to wait an extra week or 2 this cards great! Had a Zotac Trinity 4090 that kept crashing multiple games (warzone, cyberpunk, even trackmania), so I switched to this AX Gaming card and Ive been running all these games on max settings 4k with ray tracing ultra and havent noticed a stutter. This cards also a little shorter than the Zotac card which is also nice. Would have given 5 stars if not for the delay in shipping. Customer service did responded immediately with my inquiries of shipping status which was nice. Would buy again.

Sent me a defective graphics card that freezes a new build (only once nvidia drivers are installed). Had a spare graphics card that did not freeze the computer. Despite the card being within the 30 day return window, I had to ship the card back, and wait for them to do I don't know what with it, because what happened? They sent me the same card back. In the same box. Buy from a real graphics card company. Not this seller.

Ordered a 4090 and was happy to received it close to the estimated delivery date. The GPU is as described from the seller and installed it without any issue. The customer service was fast to respond and act to ensure I get my GPU on time.

My card arrived over a week late, but the seller was both responsive and apologetic and handled the matter to my satisfaction. If I had realized the shipment would be so significantly delayed I would have factored it into my buying decision but I'm happy with the seller's response and I would do business with them again
