Founded in August 2002, our mission is to provide the best experience on the Internet for buying Consumer Electronics. We focus on making purchasing online a pleasant experience. Our sales office is located in beautiful town of Redondo Beach, California, just a few miles South of Los Angeles International Airport. We do not stock any inventory at our sales office. Instead, we ship from several warehouses located throughout the country. Our sophisticated fulfillment system will automatically ship from the warehouse location that is closest to your shipping address!

RMA Policy

30 Day Return Policy. Non defective items subject to 15% restock fee.

If you need to return an item, please visit http://www.beachaudio.com/returns.php to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) or email us at returns@beachaudio.com. Include your order number, serial number on the product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed. We will then email you the RA# and Returns Address. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Please note that orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Excluded Items - Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and larger, furniture (including massage chairs), and large appliances such as refrigerators. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items can not be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: computers and notebooks, video projectors, video games, DVD´s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation systems, ceiling fans and activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Sirius, XM, etc).

Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order. Please notify us of the order number if a replacement order is made for a freight credit. Note: if the replacement is purchased using express shipping, only the Ground freight delivery cost will be refunded.

Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.

Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. Beach Audio, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Seamless experience and fast shipping. Even with default options it got here in a week and completely undamaged. I was a little worried since I'd heard reports of slight (correctable) damage during shipping but this was perfect, thanks! The cooler works very well, is quite loud at full but quiet enough to a picky gamer without noise cancelling headphones. Keeps even the toastiest Epyc 4th gen CPUs cool during a 15min Cinebench run as well, though that might have something to do with the fact that I scraped the pre-applied thermal interface material off and put on some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quick way to get an EPYC 4th gen up and running outside of a blade.

Does not work with Dell 3007WFT or older Apple high res monitors requiring 2560x1600 mode. Will only operate video at 1200x800 mode with these monitors. My bad. Did not sufficiently read fine print.
