Through rigorous testing, Brute Networks can recreate the practical applications the optics will face in the field to ensure laser strength, wavelength fidelity, distance, and build quality. Every module from Brute Networks is verified and guaranteed both interoperable and compatible with your OEM router, switch, or server.

RMA Policy

Brute Networks offers a 30 day full refund return policy on all products. 15% restocking fee for 'wrong part' or 'ordered wrong' returns.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I didn't appreciate being charged for shipping and restocking fee on an item i was trying to exchange for the correct one. not sure im going to buy from Newegg in the future as my first choice

We received the product in a timely manner and this product was not cancelled for inventory not being correct (which has happened a couple of times). The only issue we had was the casing was much longer on the one we received than the one we were trying to replace. We ended up having to switch the casing from the one purchased to the old one. That worked fine and the product is working great.

OVERVIEW - Ordered a new 12TB Seagate Exos hard drive, received a refurbished drive PROS - Fast shipping - Drive was packaged nicely CONS - Shipped a refurbished drive instead of a new drive ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Upon opening the package I noticed that the drive was refurbished, not new, had a completely different label than the Seagate Exos label. - I double-checked that I did indeed order a new drive. - I checked the packing slip and even it stated the drive was "New". - Didn't even bother plugging the drive in, back in the box, shipped it back. - Received my refund in a timely manner.

ordered 4 samsung 883 DCT drives and we received 4 samsung SM 863 drives. the drives were delivered in bubble wrap with plastic esd bags (they did not even send packing for what was thought to be BRAND NEW drives we were ordering) worth noting, manufacturing date on these drives showed 2015.07 on these drives they sent us for clarity, we ordered https://www.newegg.com/samsung-960gb/p/0D9-0009-003P1?Item=9SIADU0EW82809 the item listed on the page "Samsung 883 Dct Mz-7Lh960ne 960 Gb Solid State Drive - 2.5" Internal - Sata (Sata/600)"

This seller is selling hard drives as new but they have been in use for more than 3 years. I saw many other complaints against them so I checked the SMART status on the new drive I ordered from them and was disappointed to see that the other complaints against Brute Networks were true. If I could give them zero stars I would. Won't be ordering from them again.
