RMA Policy

Returns & Refunds

1. Returning/Exchanging:

Any return must have a authorized RMA number before shipping back the product. In case of DOA, please contact us for RMA number. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product may not be traceable if returned without an RA#. Each order and product may be returned to different warehouses, so returning the products without initiating an RA may lead to product being sent to the wrong place. In such case no refund will be issued. All returns must be in original condition with original packaging. Unit must be shipped with outer box if any to avoid damage to original packaging box of the unit.

2. Time allowed for Returns:

If you need to return a product for any reason, you can initiate the RMA request for return within 14 days of receipt. Requesting RMA does not guarantee the return as other condition as described may apply. Returning for reason "no longer wanted" is not entertained. Once RMA number has been issued product must be shipped back within 7 days of issuing RMA number. For any reason the product is not returned within 7 days, another RMA number should be requested. The item should be returned within 15 day of issuing the RMA . After 15 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair.

3. Condition of Returns:

In order to make a return, the product must be unopened, in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. Once an item has been opened it can no longer be returned for resale. All products sold are supported by the OEM or manufacturer. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, please contact the customer support of the manufacturer to have it serviced under warranty. Returning an unopened package MAY be possible, but this comes with a restocking fee as well as the buyer covering all return freight charges, which will be outlined along with the RMA number once RA is initiated. There are no refunds issued on shipping. Please contact us at 1-408-263-5800 with any questions and additional information.

-Software purchased cannot be returned.

-To return an used or refurbished item, a RMA should be initiated within 7 days.

-New items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in the same condition as shipped, with the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. Once the item is opened, it cannot be returned unless it is a DOA.
-Used item cannot be returned unless defective.
-Refurbished items will have days defect warranty from us after that no warranty is provided for the refurbished items.
4. Shipping & Handling Costs:
If the return is due to our error, we will pay for shipping charges. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility (both ways). If you do not like a product or no longer need it, customer will be responsible for both way shipping.

5. Restocking Fees:
If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, a restocking fee will apply:

- Any unopened item in original condition: We will refund 75% of the item's price.

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging for reasons not due to our error: NO return is possible on this situation.

6. Refunds:

Refunds can take 10-15 business days from the date the item returned was received by us or by our supplier.

7. Heavy products:
Products which are heavy are usually shipped by truck on pallet, these products do not qualify for return, unless we shipped wrong item. Items once shipped must be accepted for delivery. Any return or refusal of shipment

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Using for writing havent installed anything and mouse doesnt click only moves, faulty sound and other weird issues. Return policy is a ripoff took. Complete robbery overall!

Computer did not have Touchscreen when received. Finally was able to connect after a week of emails back and forth with a knowledgeable Tech who confirmed the system did not have a Touchscreen. He said he would immediately prepare a replacement. I emphasized it was a Work computer and I needed the replacement as soon as possible. I received an email with a Return label which I printed and shipped the defective one the same day. I then emailed them the Fedex Tracking number. That didn't help because they still waited until they had received the defective one before they shipped the replacement by Fedex Ground. I purchased another computer locally so I could reload my software and get back to work after a week of using an extremely slow spare. At least the replacement works as it should.

4 out of 5 eggs DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!

On 2/7/2022 I ordered two refurbished laptops from this vendor. I wish I never did. I was fully aware that not all laptops arrive in "perfect" condition, however, if the laptops are advertised as "operational" that is what I expect to receive. One of the laptops within 20 mins of start up the fan stops working. Upon reboot, I get a system fan error code. Then the laptop will not charge. I test the charging brick with a multimeter and I receive inconsistent results. I contact the seller and describe the problem. I do not hear back but was sent an RMA and I return the laptop. The second laptop that was ordered then had Bluetooth and network connectivity errors. Now, this laptop is no longer functional. When I received the "return" laptop, I start it up and immediately notice that this was the same computer I sent for an exchange. I have been using NewEgg for several years as both a small business and an individual. This is the first time I have had such a negative experience. As a small business owner, I have ordered many refurbished computers and never have had an issue. I will make sure that I avoid this vendor for all future transactions.

INstead of contacting me about the package they just sent it back to the place it came from, They used USPS who the hell uses USPS these days, t hey can't ever get a package delievered it seems, If you live in a rural area never use these guys, they don't even use UPS or FedEx you know the two who will come up a mountain to deliever a package. fuuuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk these guys

Ordered current SATA cable with dual "right angle" connectors. Vendor sent SATA II cable with one "right angle" and one "left angle" connector. Useless.
