RMA Policy

Returns Policy
Vantage Point Corporation (VPC) allows customer returns based on the policies of the original product manufacturer. Software is not returnable if the packaging has been opened.
Customers must notify VPC Customer Relations of any damaged Products within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Seller offers a 30-day return policy on most products sold. Manufacturer restrictions apply to certain merchandise, as detailed below and as updated from time to time.

1. Return Restrictions.
• Defective Product Returns.
Customer may return most defective Products directly to Seller within fifteen (15) days of invoice date and receive, at Seller’s option, credit, replacement, or exchange. After fifteen (15) days, only the manufacturer warranty applies.

• Non-Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most non-defective Products directly to Seller within thirty (30) days of invoice date and receive, at Customer’s option, credit or exchange, except that an automatic Seller restocking charge will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by a minimum of fifteen percent (15%).

• Restricted, Manufacturer-Only Assistance. Certain Products cannot be returned to Seller for any reason—without exception—and Customer must contact the manufacturer directly for any needed assistance.

• Return of Software or DVDs. VPC offers refunds only for unopened, undamaged software and DVD movies that are returned within 30 days of invoice date. Seller offers only replacement for software products and DVD movies that either: (i) are defective but are returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date; or (ii) are unopened and undamaged, but are returned more than 30 days after invoice date; such replaceable merchandise may be exchanged only for the same software or DVD movie title. Multiple software licenses may be returned for refund or exchange only (i) if specifically authorized in advance by the manufacturer; and (ii) if returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

2. Customer Shipment of Returned Merchandise.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No returns of any type will be accepted by seller unless accompanied by a unique RMA number, which Customer may obtain by providing the following information to VPC Customer Relations: customer name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and details of Customer’s issue with the product. Customer has five (5) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA is issued. VPC reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the five (5) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.

• Returned Products Must Be Complete. All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. VPC reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products. In addition, VPC will charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

• Responsibility for Shipping Costs. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items; Seller is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items.

• Customer Shipping Insurance. Customer is strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover loss and damage in transit for shipments of returned items and to use a carrier and shipping method that provide proof of delivery. Seller is not responsible for loss during such shipment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered a computer from Newegg, and to my utmost disappointment, I received only a pack of screws instead of the computer I had ordered. This is not the shopping experience I was anticipating, and I feel misled and cheated. I would advise other customers to be wary and double-check their orders. I have reached out to customer service and am hoping for a satisfactory resolution.

4 out of 5 eggs My order was shipped incompletely. The seller did not want to ship the rest of the order, so I had to return what I did receive. When I used Newegg's customer service, they did not help at all.

I would not recommend this seller, or any company from Newegg's marketplace. All to often when I find a good deal they ship only part, or nothing at all, forcing me to get a refund and go through the time/trouble of shipping something back. Even though this is a reseller, I feel this reflects poorly on Newegg, and probably won't buy from you again, since I have lost the trust that I once had.

The product was advertised as a CPU and motherboard combo. They only sent the motherboard and told me that was all I was going to get. It felt like a bait and switch. I was super disappointed and will not buy from them again ever.

I messaged them asking where the CPU is and they just issued a return label? Nothing about where the CPU is or why it isn't there to begin with.

They did a bait and switch with a CPU/Motherboard combo-They only shipped me the motherboard with no cpu-I reached out to them to make them aware of the mistake and all they did was lie and lie and not care-I am returning the motherboard and already logged a complaint with newegg.com and the BBB. This company is such a scam, learn from me and save your time and DO NOT BUY from them!! I hate to be such a downer but this company is just the worst and its all a bait and switch with them.

I purchased a Motherboard CPU combo, the ad read this exactly Motherboard CPU Combo - Intel Core i9-13900K 24 cores Up to 5.8 GHz unlocked Processor&ASUS ROG Strix Z790-I Gaming Motherboard. The picture in the ad also showed a CPU. I waited over a week to get the product. When it arrived, there was no CPU in the box. I reached out to the seller who told me This does not come with the processor it is only processor supported. Sorry for the inconvenience. Read the first quote, then the second. When I addressed this again with the seller, she said Morning, I am very sorry for this, but we do not put the listings up they automatically come into our feed and we don't find out about these type of things until a customer reaches out. So, the drop shipper doesnt even inspect their own products. The lack of care for what they had done, was stunning. Deceptive advertising, run, dont walk away from this seller.

This seller is scamming people! Do not buy from them! Bought the "motherboard + CPU combo" and only got the motherboard. Extremely dishonest and refuse to send the CPU replacement. They will also charge you a 15% restocking fee if you return and will not pick up any phone calls. Over 75% of reviews in the last 30 days from this seller are 1 star reviews! Reported to the BBB and Feds of fraud.

I purchased what I thought was a cpu and motherboard combo. I thought it was because both the title and pictures showed this to be the case. But this company was being deceptive and misleading. Don't buy from them unless you read every single line of the fine print.
