Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 10.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from C & C TECH PRODUCTS INC.
. Original Condition, no physical damage
. All Packaging & accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, C & C TECH PRODUCTS will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. C & C TECH PRODUCTS will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

This is my first time purchasing from Newegg, I am very pleased with this purchase and the price was $300 less then the stores (who were out of stock anyways, hence why i bought through here). I received this laptop quickly and in excellent condition. Im the type of enduser who always buys direct from the big box stores so it threw me at first when it came in packaging that was not wrapped up in the typical manufaturers sealed box with the usual step by step instructions on how to get started. I called C&C Tech, he returned my call right away and answered all my questions. I was relieved to learn that this is a brand new laptop direct from Dell and has never been used. All of its upgraded components are new too. It has the one year mfg warranty under C&C Techs name so i just needed to transfer into my name which is so easy. The laptop has been running great with no issues, I will definitley buy from Newegg and particularly C&C Tech again.

4 out of 5 eggs My item was obviously NOT a new product

With curling-up stickers and a package that had none of the usual Dell documentation and packaging my item was obviously not new. Full disclosure it is a nice laptop. It was sold to me probably at a reasonable price point. I would love to give it and the seller 5 eggs. But the seller sold something as new when it is clearly not in a new condition. The page should have warned that the product was used/refurbished/renewed whatever. I buy plenty of refurbs, I've had some really great buys that were refurbs and this actually is one of them probably. But a seller that doesn't tell you what you're really buying is criminal in my book. Newegg should ban this seller from the marketplace until they can get their act together, this appears to be a frequent game they play. As a Newegg investor, I'm very disappointed that the company I love is allowing this trickery on its platform and will definitely give me pause before shopping here again. Read the seller's (C&C tech) reviews they appear to sell good products but don't miss the many reviews that let you know whatever you get will probably not be new.

As a non-tech person, very satisfied with the computer for the most part. It arrived in 2 days, faster than expected. The info on the site was confusing - if it came with Windows 11 or not (it did), or lacking what would have been helpful info - if Microsoft Office was preinstalled (it was not), if it came with a pen (no). As far as I can tell, one drawback with Windows 11 - it does not allow the screen to auto-rotate in tablet mode which makes it more awkward to use and is disappointing. This is a Microsoft fault and not the seller but want to make potential buyers aware.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this place is impressive. My new desktop (Acer Aspire TC) arrived fast and the upgrade installations (1TB SSD, 32GB RAM) were completed exactly as ordered. And with C and C Tech you get a 30-day money-back guarantee -- the best in the business. (You won't find that anywhere else.) Just try returning a bad computer to any of the other online sites or manufacturers (I won't name names), and you'll experience hassles and frustration, and will probably never get your money back. Other sellers (even direct from manufacturers) will keep you on the phone for hours talking in circles with "support" techs in some far-away country and never refund for even the worst "lemon" machine.) This is the 4th machine i've bought from C & C (two desktops and two laptops). Three out of four have been perfect. One of the Dell laptops was bad (kept crashing right out of the box). I called C & C and a real person immediately answered the phone. To expedite matters, i purchased a replacement online (which is perfect), and C & C issued a full refund the same day they received the bad machine. They even paid for the return shipping. Since then, I don't buy computers anywhere else, even if they are a little less money from other vendors/manufacturers. The peace of mind is well worth it. Now when i shop for computers, i just go to NewEgg and search the C & C Tech's listings. I know they'll stand behind what they sell, and if i have any troubles, returns are free, and refunds are fast and easy.

4 out of 5 eggs Refurbished. Tried to sell as new. Mismatched charger. Dead after restart.

They tried to sell a refurbished laptop as new. Not only it did not come in manufacturer packaging but the power cord is mismatched - did not fit. The screen shows stripes after first restart (that was forced by windows setup).
