Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 10.00%

RMA Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from C & C TECH PRODUCTS INC.
. Original Condition, no physical damage
. All Packaging & accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, C & C TECH PRODUCTS will refund the amount of sale.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. C & C TECH PRODUCTS will refund back to your method of payment.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I can't say enough about the fast, friendly and helpful support that C & C Tech offers both before, and after becoming a customer. Not only did they help me choose the right computer, and extras through many back and forth emails, they've continued to be a case study of how online digital businesses should handle both potential and paying customers. This story begins with me making the decision to purchase a refurbished computer from a different seller on Newegg. I needed to ask that seller a question before completing my purchase, so I messaged them through the Newegg site and then emailed and called them using the contact information on their own website. Twenty-one hours after my initial message was sent, I was feeling desperate because I needed a new computer before the end of the week, and this other seller still hadn't responded to any of my messages. So, I decided to take a chance and I looked up C & C Tech Products website and called the number I found there. The gentleman who answered the phone was attentive, patient, and empathetic to what I was going through. He took the time to explain that they had a computer that was less expensive than the one I called about (but didn't really want to buy because of the price) and he gave me the item number instead of expecting me to find it on my own. This man essentially stopped what he was doing and got my order together AND shipped despite the fact that I called him after 16:15 EDT. And, the customer service didn't stop there. He made sure that I got delivery before the end of the week which REALLY saved my bacon as they say. If I could give this seller 6 out of 5 stars I would because they understand what customer service truly means. The other seller has reviews where customers complain of never hearing back from them despite receiving a computer that was DOA or the wrong model. C & C Tech Products are the quintessential customer service darling where everyone should at least look before going to any other seller. Thank you, thank you, and thank you.

I paid for expedited shipping for the fastest they could get our new desktop to us which was 3 business days. I placed the order Thursday afternoon at 4pm and it was delivered Friday morning at around 10am. Since we had to replace the boss's fried computer, I was delighted! The product was exactly as described and relatively easy to install. Great job!

So the laptop came exactly as described, which is great, however when I started it up, there were no drivers installed. This tells me that it was reloaded from scratch with a bare Windows image, and did not have the original Dell factory software. Also it was loaded to version 1909. A year out of date. I've been doing computers for over 30 years. When I build a computer or reload windows 10 on anything, I directly load the latest version 20H2. I ALSO load all the relevant current drivers. To me, this just seems like a load it and ship it situation, so I had to take the extra time to download and install the Dell drivers and then update Windows. The laptop is fine, just know that you will need to install drivers and update Windows yourself.

Dell XPS 8940 series tower delivered overnight at no extra cost, and at much cheaper price than buying directly from Dell. The computer was exactly as described in Newegg advertising, and functioned as expected, out of the box. Very quiet machine; I worried initially that the fans were not working :) I definitely recommend this supplier.
