RMA Policy

1-Year Replacement Warranty

Every product sold by Centenex is covered with a free 1-Year Replacement Warranty. If for any reason your product stops working within the first year of ownership, for reasons other than physical or water damage, simply contact us to arrange for an RMA# to receive a replacement.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 30-days please contact us for an RMA# to return your item. Please note that S&H fees are not refundable. Items without shipping cost on order maybe subject to a restock fee to recover initial shipping cost incured by our company.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I ordered new battery for Iphone. The seller performed great in regard to delivery, price, and etc. However, the battery discharges to zero in less that 12 hours use with display set on low power. The purchased battery does not last as long as the battery being replaced. Both batteries are unacceptable.

I got the right item, easily, no hassle/etc. My only real complaint is it says "5-7 day shipping"... which... I suppose it was, since it took them a week to actually ship it. 14th, bought the item on newegg 16th, tracking number created 21st, shipper still hadn't received, sent a question to Centenex 22nd, shipper received for shipping 26th, answer from Centenex "sorry for delay" and "might deliver today" 28th, item received TLDR: You'll get what you ordered, don't expect it quickly and don't expect any useful responses from them.

Sync cord was supposed to allow charging of my Zune and connection to my computer for transferring/swapping music. It none of those things. Charging was sporadic to non-existant, if I continued to fiddle with the connection at the Zune end. The data link portion was never able to be seen by my computer. The old frayed cord that it was supposed to replace worked better. It was returned the next day, and I am still waiting for my refund a full 2 weeks later. I hold NewEgg partially to blame for this, for not riding shotgun on returns to their vendors. There is no way I would recommend this cheap knockoff to anyone.
