RMA instructions
When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request: 1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history. 2. Click Return an item from this order option to start. 3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace. 4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue. 5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button. 6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry. 7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back. 8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). I purchased a connector from him. He got it in the mail with reasonable expediency. However, the item was supposed to arrive in 5-7 business days. Seven days later, I did not have the connector. It turns out that UPS had handed the package off to the post office to handle the last leg of shipment. My local branch of the USPS, however, is very corrupt and likes to embezzle packages for themselves from time to time.
Now, that isn't Cmple's fault, strictly speaking. But this next part sure as hell is: When I contacted him and asked for a refund since he failed to live up to his end of the bargain and did not deliver the item to me within the agreed upon time frame. Instead of accepting that this was his responsibility, he instead gave the following form-type response:
"
We do apologize for inconvenience, unfortunately the way UPS Mail Innovations works is that they (UPS) pick up all outgoing packages from our facility and ships the packages to the general vicinity (50-100 miles) of the shipping destination. At this point, UPS transfers the package to USPS who is responsible for delivering the item. UPS stops updating tracking at this point since the package has left their hands and USPS does not update tracking since they are concerned with the to-the-door delivery aspect of shipping.
from our shipping experience we do know that sometimes delivery service may take up to 14 days for package to be delivered, in most cases it is due to unforeseen complications during shipping. Your package is expected to be delivered in the next couple of days. "
So instead of accepting that he failed to have the item delivered when it was supposed to be, he decided to just ring his hands. He decided to just make excuses rather than refund my money.
So ladies and gentlemen, I highly recommend only buying from Cmple if you have infinite time to wait for your package to be delivered when the merchant and courier are both good and ready.

The only thing i was disappointed with was a bundled PSU with Thor V2 case. My new MSI mobo had a 4x4x4 cpu connections, and the psu only 4x4 limiting my overclocking. I don't see a way to get around this for another 12v connector to the extra cpu header.

They, Cmple.com, sent me blue cat5e cable, after I ordered "CAT6 Bulk 23 AWG Ethernet Lan Network Cable - 1000 ft White"!*!*! I submitted an exchange case with newegg yesterday morning and Still have no followup on when I will receive the return labels or when I will receive what I actually purchased in the first place. I would give 0 stars but the lowest rating available is 1 star!!! I would strongly recommend not using this vendor!

I received the items quicker than expected. They were packaged in a properly sized (for very small items) envelope that did not waste shipping material. The cost of the items was surprisingly low yet came with free shipping.
