Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt.
All returns must be in the condition as received and must include the original packaging and content in-tact.
Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund once we receive the item back.
Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back and the customers' expense.
All items returns are subject to a fee if they are not needed or wrong items purchased; restocking fee is 15 %, please contact us if you have any doubts of the part you need to avoid restocking fees.
Please note: All serial numbers are recorded to protect against fraud and we diligently check all incoming returns to ensure the item is not switched.

To Return a Part please follow the below steps:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.

3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us up to 24 hours to respond to your inquiry.

4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains an RMA number, RMA details, and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

I feel like I paid extra on the site for the product and shipping for a very late delivery. Great processor though. I feel like you get a great selection of products on New Egg but for higher prices and then it takes too long to deliver.

My dog had, unfortunately, gotten a hold of my laptop charger and I needed to find a replacement. I contacted Asus to purchase a new charger but they no longer sell the part for the laptop [Asus Vivobook Flip 14 (TP470EA-AS34T)]. They were kind enough to provide the part number but I would have to search for a reseller. It took quite a bit of time to look for the correct AC adapter and I was starting to become anxious. However, I eventually came across the product from this seller and I'm so grateful I did. It was exactly what I was looking for and the part number matched along with the SN for my laptop. Thank you so much. Shipping was fast, item was packaged very well and with care. I just received the product today and it works perfectly. I appreciate it very much. Thank you again!

4 out of 5 eggs A sharp negative contrast vs. other well known retailers.

My first Newegg purchase in quite a while and I'm sorry I gave them a chance. I needed to return the purchase as ultimately didn't need it. $15 New Egg label + $12 restock fee .. a 1/3 of the value of my return evaporated. This experience is a sharp contrast vs. other retailers .. which do this for no cost.

4 out of 5 eggs Typical hi tech 'expert' that knows nothing

Ordered a power supply for the laptop. Power supply, and power cord are separate items apparently. The description indicated both pieces would be what was going to be shipped. I should have known better. Power supplies are basically useless if you don't have the power cords. Not sure why that's a difficult concept for sellers to comprehend.

I ordered this part a month ago and it still has not arrived! I have no idea when it will be here because the arrival date keeps getting pushed back. There was supposed to be 2-day shipping on it! Very frustrated!

I bought a stick of RAM from Compuparts Solutions because they listed the exact model as the other stick in my laptop. When it arrived, it was a stick from a different manufacturer (SK hynix vs advertised micron). It seems to work just fine though, and from all technical specs that I know of to check, it seems to be equivalent, but still bugs me that they swapped parts without notice.
