Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

RMA Policy

Software(open box) and consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges and digital media) are not returnable.

Due to restrictions from manufacturers on returns we offer no refunds on hardware open boxes items. Unopened items(sealed) can be issued full refund upon receipt of the product in the first 15 days. All defective product will be replaced or repaired with in 30 days of purchase. After 30 days manufacturer warranty applies.

To return an item you need RMA Number to process the return. Please send a request to get an RMA#. Do not forget to include your Order Number.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Item was sold by another company and no one would take responsibility for shipping - it was a mess and was never delivered, despite multiple emails, no reply from actual seller. I've had good experiences with Newegg in the past but now that they are letting other companies sell through their site, I won't be working with them.

They sent used parts to me. I ordered new microprocessors and received used parts. It is illegal. They are the worst. Never again.

Was told about this site by a coworker and within a week I ordered a PC and a monitor. The customer service and quality of products are amazing. After seeing how easy it was I showed two of my friends and they also each bought a pc and all of us were astonished by how good of a business this is 12/10 recommend to a friend definitely!

I purchased a product and the shipping label was created, but the item was not shipped. After about a week I contacted the company to complain. The next day, the product finally shipped, and the company placed the blame on delays that UPS was experiencing. I contacted UPS and they denied having any shipping delays and confirmed that they did not receive the package. Newegg got involved on my behalf and customer service directed them to expedite the shipping, but they did not accept responsibility, nor did they attempt to correct it. When I tried speaking further about how the situation made me feel as a customer, they didn't even bother to respond. I would give them a two-star only because the product was delivered as described, and that's being generous. Congratulations, you're one step above being a thief, Compute4Less.

After this product being cancelled two times already from other sellers. I bought from them and I did the right think. They are amazing. I do recommend them. I called them, they did their best to help me. They did call me back. They go the extra mile to be sure you are happy with the purchase. Excellent Customer Service. A+. Please keep the good job.

Admittedly I was reluctant to trust this company with my money, especially with so many negative reviews and how shady the graphics card market is. However it was the least expensive RTX 3070 I could find (which was still expensive) so I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. One thing I saw that seemed to be a theme in most of the negative reviews was the people having issues with shipping is that people were going with the free shipping which is USPS and if its one thing I have learned over the last year is avoid the USPS like the plague if at all possible. I payed the extra and went with FedEx and I am really glad I did. They shipped my card the same day I ordered and it showed up a day early. What can I say, this was the most pleasant ordering and shipping experience I have ever had.

would not recommend this seller. I know times are busier than ever, so I write this with understanding that there are some unforeseen circumstances...but with that being said, Compute4less "customer service" is sad. No desire to help or work with me. I opened up a case 2 times in attempt to get another agent thinking maybe I just got someone having a bad day, but the other agent was just as frustrating to work with. My order never showed up, eventually found out one of the products were damaged so it had to get shipped back. Was not notified, had to track it down myself. Response from customer service was all of 3 words. Was going to continue keep my order and wait but absolutely would rather spend my money elsewhere.
