RMA Policy

COSMOGEEK-MOBILE Return Policies.
• All returns must include the following or it may be rejected and returned back to you:
• Product purchased from COSMOGEEK-MOBILE
• Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
• All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
• Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
• All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 2 business days after returned item is received by COSMOGEEK-MOBILE
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, COSMOGEEK-MOBILE will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses for products over 50lbs unless product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by COSMOGEEK-MOBILE.
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. COSMOGEEK-MOBILE will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels:
COSMOGEEK-MOBILE can charge a Restocking Fee if all the following conditions are met:
a.The sold item condition is New (NOT Refurbished)
b.The return is due to the buyer’s personal reason (e.g., No Longer Needed)
c.The item has been opened
d.The product belongs to the following categories: VGA, HD, Motherboard (MB), TV, or Projector
The restocking fee may range between 0-15% at seller's discretion for any qualifying returns.
Return shipping labels within return policy period are free for returns under 50lbs, damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website.
For returns over 50lbs due to the buyer's personal return reason (e.g., No Longer Needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

RMA instructions

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your NeweggBusiness.com account. Select New RMA Request option under My Account. Find your order in order history.
2. Click Return an item from this order option to start.
3. Select the return type from Refund or Replace.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to continue.
5. Specify more details, including item quantity, and any additional comments or messages regarding your request before click SUBMIT button.
6. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
7. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
8. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

4 out of 5 eggs Sold me a refurbished product, listing was shown as "New". Tried to tell me it wasnt refurbished, just a "different version"

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra thst was listed as "New" from this seller (COSMOGEEK-MOBILE), but the item is received was not in fact "New". They must have a very decent operation because when I received the product, everything appeared sealed and in proper Samsung packaging. When I opened the phone I noticed the plastic cover on the back of the phone looked off, but I thought nothing of it. Setting up the phone I noticed the screen felt off, and sure enough I ended up realizing the screen was a replacement screen and not the original, as the corners were rounded and this is NOT how Samsung S23 Ultra screens come, as well as the responsiveness of the screen was way worse than my current phone which is a cheap Samsung A54. I messaged the seller for a refund, and although they did in fact provide me with a refund, they told me when I explained about the screen that it "Wasn't a replacement screen, just a different version". This is blatantly false as there is no "different" screen version for the S23 Ultra. It is in fact a replacement screen, and not the original. I CANNOT SPEAK FOR THIS SELLERS ENTIRE STOCK, but from my purchase experience with the phone being packaged in a very professional manner to mimic an ACTUAL new phone, the seller is seemingly trying to repackage refurbished phones as "New" and sell them to people who don't know any better. As far as I'm aware the rest of the phone "worked" fine; my 1 star review here is for the fact it was false advertising. If youre going to sell a refurbished phone, thats okay, at least be up front about it and list what work was done to the phone. If it was listed as refurbished, i just wouldnt have bothered with this listing as im trying to find an actual "New" version of this phone, but instead I went through this whole debacle and had to send the phone back and wait for my refund, which was a complete waste of time. Instead this seller put up a false "New" listing and then stated that my claim it wasn't the original screen was WRONG and that it was just a "different version". I am very tech savvy to know that this is not correct, but again, I feel like they are trying to hope to sell to someone who wouldnt know any better. Again, I cant speak for their entire stock, but I would not trust this seller at all. At least they gave me my money back.
